Thrust Needle And Retaner Assembly
The thrust needle roller bearing is composed of the thrust holding assembly with needle or cylindrical roller and corresponding thrust washer (as required). Needle rollers and cylindrical rollers are held and guided by thrust cages. When used with different series of NRb thrust discs, the thrust cage assembly can provide many different combinations for bearing configuration. Because the high precision cylindrical roller increases the contact length, the bearing can obtain high load capacity and high stiffness in a very small space. If the surface of adjacent parts is suitable for raceway, the washer can be omitted.
